They may have purchased it wholesale and are selling it at a profit. It also includes sub-registrants who are using our EPA number and paying royalties. Like Clean Republic for example- they are not a distributor. Some of the distributors do have a sub registration (like Trieu Tech). The important thing is the product is getting out into the market in many different ways. There are 23 products registered with the EPA under PCTL's 92108 registration. That is a fact right from the EPA. All those products will pay a royalty but we don't know how much.
