Seems focused on ALS, but also states to address neurodegenerative diseases... hopefully our PDD trial results, if significant, will benefit from this legislation

Looks like the US may get the Provisional Approval process similar to Australia if this get approved.

Probably take a year or so after approval for the FDA to get the rules written.

Mike: A very good find!! I hope Congress passes this Bill. In my opinion, this would definitely fall within Anavex providing a safe and effective treatment for a LARGE market, helping millions sooner than later, and possibly extending and saving lives! LORD, let it be!!!!!

Great find, I guess right to try wasn't working, hope fda goes along with this, and doesn't use it to approve biogens drugs.
