I think they are treating patients under expanded access protocol per clinical trials website. FDA has approved to treat upto 20 patients. Once that is done + 30 day followup will be used to measure survival and if all goes well then FDA may grant them EUA approval.

I think they can treat upto 100 patients under intermediate use protocol but Im not sure if they are doing it.
