Yes Huawei execs might want some of that property but the original plan was for Advent manufacturing employees to have nearby housing options as the site will be open at some point 24 hours daily and ability to maintain operations that way will be critical. Housing type and flooding seem to be the most critical concerns and will need careful consideration to address properly. Huawei execs may not want to live so close to the work site either or in the type of housing that is eventually approved for that site. Someone posted a general regional housing plan a while back which allows for a certain number of housing units to be developed over time. The actual sites and type of housing must be approved along the way to fulfill it as I recall. Best wishes.
