Cases get decided based on the record, not the emotions and frustrations of the party (or its shareholders) that lost at trial.

(i) I do not assume any malpractice by Covington or Amarin
(ii) I think I could say: my post does not contain emotions and / or frustrations ... (could be one reason why my style was not "welcomed" / liked by a lot).

Bouf- Covington made mistakes as did Amarin...I hope they don't have to be pointed out but I'm ready to take actions if Amarin fails to settle or loses appeal.
