Bouf, beyond taking emotion out of it, the entire legal system should be taken out of it. What genius came up with the legislation that permits the courts to have jurisdication over the Gov't agency responsible for issuing patents? Du is a shining example, you don't have a Judge go near matters of science. Let them hire Judges who have M.D. degress, then I'd consider it.
