Is your point that this testimony was not presented vis a vis Mori?

Nope. It was an example (as I do not have all docs.) If we could assume anything based on this ... Mori LDL-C and Kurabayashu Apo-B were discussed / presented (since Kurabayashi / LDL-C was not a "first line" defense).
