There was a significant amount of our collective DD that was discussed here and forwarded to IR that ended up in the appeal brief. Maybe just coincidence. Mitra was the first to introduce the flaw in the math or statistical analysis of the Mori data and low and behold Bhatt ends up reviewing the data and finds the same error. Coincidence? I doubt it. We have several unpaid subject matter experts researching and submitting valuable data to Amarin science and legal teams. I doubt Singer needs our help to win but It can’t hurt and I believe some has helped. IMO.
