It has been over 5 weeks since nwbo's NT filing. I was way wrong when I told someone it should only be a few days delay as has been typical in the past.

This whole German tax issue is starting to be a smokescreen.

Anyone who took some sort of financial accounting workshop knows that its perfectly reasonable to make an estimated reservation of whatever the German tax issue may be on the German balance sheet of NWBIO GBMH in order to submit the Q1 2020 reporting. If later this reservation turns out to be less or more then its really no problem to adjust the amount to the real number. Happens all the time.

Also NWBO has still not advertised they are looking for a new CFO as they have said they would do
