Revising the current convertible Promissory Notes held by IBEX to interest bearing conventional loans would cut IBEX's profit in HALF.

BielCorp can't just change the loan agreements -- both parties would have to agree to it.

IBEX will never agree to that. Pure nonsense to even suggest it.
