In the middle 90's I financed a little public oil and gas company that traded in Alberta; we raised $200k for it at ten cents a share and it did well and we got out of our position about 9 months later around a dollar per share and thought we were geniuses.

No, we were peasants.

Kazakstan Oil was bought out about 10 years later at $33 per share; not only that, it had already split 7 times before making it $231 a share the stock we bought at 10 cents.

Kazakstan is a place where the nimble and the smart can make real dough; I'm not bailing out on this Kazakhstan play with a small profit , I'm in long term.!!

Don't want to be a peasant,again.
