marzan, Imay be wrong but I now tend to think that we will not get a data lock announcement.

Most likely the next announcement will contain the TLD or an announcement that tells us that TLD was delayed with an estimate of the remaining waiting time.

In the June 2 guidelines the only future announcement mentioned was that pertaining to TLD. There was no mention of any future announcements pertaining to DL.

Bottom line: For all we know DL may already be a reality and if it is not a reality and is still delayed, it may or may not significantly delay the TLD announcement.

I believe that in the case of a significant delay of the TLD, we will get an announcement telling us approx how long we will still have to wait.
