They are EXCITED because there are 120,000 DEAD PEOPLE (so far) in the United States because not a SINGLE FREAKING billion dollar company or super-genius doctor or laboratory with unlimited resources can provide any sort of relief. And heaven help you if you live in an underdeveloped country and get sick. So maybe since it's not like any amazing inventions are taking the world by storm right now, a little "wait & see" might be in order before just immediately slamming something because George Sharp's name is involved. So yes, some people are excited. Why not? It beats just giving up.
