we got hit with 70+mph winds late last thursday. A good chunk of this region lost power. Trees down everywhere. 5 dead, but 100's more in the hospital..(ok..lots of dumbshits thinking they can put their generators IN their living rooms, along with using their outdoor bbq for heat..inside...duh...).
no damage to my house...luckily I have a fireplace and gas waterheater/stove...
