I bought UCRP at .06, yes. I averaged down as the years went on, even grabbed a few share at .008, though not a significant amount. Wish I had gotten more.

I am a UCRP'r as well, and got doubly lucky. I was literally going to sell and move on the day the quarterly earnings came out, but got too busy at work and was not able to enter the order. Someone was definitely watching over me...
