Concerta ANDA was supposed to have ALREADY been filed in late 2019 according to the 2018 conference call.

And, not only have they NOT filed, they haven't even completed the BE studies required to file.

So delayed by at least one year..........and counting.

Absolute embarrassment.

I was hoping to see the Concerta ANDA filed before now. Thinking of possible causes of a delay, one obvious reason would be that Lannett's royalty deal with Andor is in place until mid-2023, three years away. Maybe the reason we haven't seen an application is because there is still plenty of time to get approval and be ready for launch with Lannett in 2023. Just a guess.

Your thoughts on Elite trying to STEAL Lannett's market share?...............while at the SAME TIME asking them to line our pockets with higher Adderall IR and XR sales.

Well how's this going to work then?

Loxapine is scheduled to launch within 2 weeks.

For ELTP to wait would be asinine when they could cut a deal with another distributer and make millions in the coming 3 years .. but with Elite, it would not surprise me one bit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
