Here’s my thought: buyout or merger. Eradicates the issue!!!$$$

Lannett has a debt issue and no cash. And merging with Elite that has very little debt yet, would increase the rev without having to do a buyout. Lannett reduces their debt/income, catches all profits from sales, and doesn't spend a penny doing so. I just find it too convenient for Elite and Lannett to NOT merge.
