Ron Paul was a libertarian, though he spent much of his life as a Republican in name because of reality of US politics.

On the rest, FL,CA and TX (the 3 largest US states) are showing growing rates of new cases. And the numbers are past the earlier peek a month or two ago. And testing does not explain this, at least in FL, where rates of positive tests are going up.
