NTRR:only good news CEO can bring now is filings or PR stating filings soon, cuz delinquent flag is a Big Restriction.

Not for nothing but $ntrr has HAD fantastic news that failed to move it from trips. The debt "retirement" and private funding was monster. It has a solid history of big moves followed by slow burns to the downside. The lower bolly is actually in negative territory and volume has dried up. Typical. We need a green day.
