It's pretty obvious they are referring to JPM buying WAMU back in 2008 since Mr Cooper didn't even exist back then.

As usual the reporting is lazy since they do not distinguish between the old WAMU and the Newco, WMIH, that later merged with NSM.

Means absolutely nothing!!!
