IMHO, this settlement really means nothing in the big picture... just one more company that can launch 6 months earlier than the patents would expire, IF we win the appeal. Hopefully we win the appeal and by then are either raking in a couple dollars/share in dividends annually or have been bought out by a BP. Granted, to thrive as a company, if we do not get bought out, we will need another drug in our coffers with blockbuster potential and protected by patents before generics can launch, or our stock price will tank when they do.
