LOL, "SEC Delinquent" status is not the reason to "sell" or "avoid" a OTC stock like ACTL! How could one lose money by owning ACTL? Did you see even a CH7-Bankrupt "Delinquent" peer (RCPIQ) could surge 19.67-Bagger to 0.0059 from 0.0003? To match the Same $1.01M MV with RCPIQ, ACTL will hit 0.00145 which is 14.5 Times of its current ridiculous low price 0.0001! Another CH7-Bankrupt "Delinquent" peer LIQDQ did surge 188-Bagger to 0.0188 from the Same Bottom 0.0001! To match the Same $1.14M MV with LIQDQ, ACTL will hit 0.0016 which is 16 Times of its current ridiculous low price 0.0001!

If I were not a shareholder here then I would buy at least 5M shares at 0.0002 before ACTL tests its 52-week-high 0.0003 again since 0.0016 ~ 0.00145 are the easy targets...

In fact those Hundreds Of Millions shares of 0.0001 buyers here had already made 100% Huge Quick gain by selling ACTL at just 0.0002!

It seems 0.0002 is the Lowest price to get in since no more Huge sales (100M shares or more) at 0.0001!

140M-0.0001 x 25M-0.0002 now after 550K shares sold at 0.0001. ACTL needs Strong Slapping action at 0.0002! Otherwise we'll see 100M ~ 200M shares be dumped at 0.0001 again...

Totally 15,600,798 shares dumped at 0.0001 since ACTL hit 52-week-high 0.0003 again on June 10, 2020!

ACTL has a "24% SELL" Bearish rating from a professional stock-rating website!

Those very lucky 0.0001 buyers should buy the Same amount of shares (15.6M) at 0.0002 to be fair to all the other unlucky buyers who paid 0.0002 or higher cost! So far I had already Slapped over 8M shares at 0.0002 since the beginning of 2020.

I wish ACTL could hold up Strong Bottom support at 0.0001 like its peer OCLG does (701M shares Huge bid now), instead of crashing back to 0 x 0.0001 again!

Possible! Totally about 50M shares dumped at 0.0001 since the most recent high 0.0003 at the end of this August! Based on its historic dumping patterns the coming 120M ~ 150M shares of Huge Sell-Off will push ACTL back to 0 (i.e. "no bid") x 0.0001 again...

Only the company stopping the huge dilutions could trigger a real bounce over the Top-Ceiling price 0.0004!

Its peer PUGE (634M/2.99B shares OS/AS) is still trading at 0.0002 x 0.0003 after it hit 0.0004 Many Times from its Real Bottom 0.0001 v.s. ACTL (810M/10B shares OS/AS) stuck at 0.0001 x 0.0002 for long time with the Real Bottom 0.00001 which is 90%-Below 0.0001!

ACTL had a recent high 0.0004 v.s. PUGE had a recent high 0.0060!

Who pushed ACTL to a New 52-week-high 0.0004 yesterday? Why? Can it test 0.0004 again?

Hopefully the SEC/FINRA won't Downgrade ACTL to the OTC Grey Sheet market like what happened to its "SEC Delinquent" peer (ICTV)!
