Possible! Totally about 50M shares dumped at 0.0001 since the most recent high 0.0003 at the end of this August! Based on its historic dumping patterns the coming 120M ~ 150M shares of Huge Sell-Off will push ACTL back to 0 (i.e. "no bid") x 0.0001 again...

Only the company stopping the huge dilutions could trigger a real bounce over the Top-Ceiling price 0.0004!

Its peer PUGE (634M/2.99B shares OS/AS) is still trading at 0.0002 x 0.0003 after it hit 0.0004 Many Times from its Real Bottom 0.0001 v.s. ACTL (810M/10B shares OS/AS) stuck at 0.0001 x 0.0002 for long time with the Real Bottom 0.00001 which is 90%-Below 0.0001!

ACTL had a recent high 0.0004 v.s. PUGE had a recent high 0.0060!

Who pushed ACTL to a New 52-week-high 0.0004 yesterday? Why? Can it test 0.0004 again?

Hopefully the SEC/FINRA won't Downgrade ACTL to the OTC Grey Sheet market like what happened to its "SEC Delinquent" peer (ICTV)!
