Proximal total occlusion and distal sub-total occlusion of popliteal artery. Severe calcification throughout. 4.5mm x 60mm IVL delivered distally, followed by 5.5mm x 60mm IVL proximally. Final result shows <30% residual with IVL alone, no complications and no implants.

By the way ... I have no interest in trying to be the head of the class .
Will restate that's IMHO AMRN is unlikely to go into the 6's without a severe market correction. Of course if everyone insists on not wearing masks in crowded public spaces we will obviously get a resurgence in Covid cases .....and with it a severe market correction.
