Thank you & your wife alphapuppy, 26+ months would definitely be a homerun for median OS!

Again, beautiful work done by you and the Mrs! I bet the results we get will be even slightly better for MOS and significantly better for 3-4-5 year survival!

Message in reply to:

Hey all I was finally able to complete my overall survival model using the translational medicine data set.

It turns out that the median survival was 26.1 months in the experiment arm and was 19.7 months in the control arm representing a significant statistical difference favoring the experimental arm.

Check out my new video.

alphapuppy, great work and it is taken all from the facts of the TM article, which is based on the blended/blinded results the investigators were reporting. Real facts and you put the analysis together to show us newbies what it means. Thank you Peace Reg 2015

Thanks alpha

It was this information and your enthusiasm that drove me to invest here years ago. Nothing has changed with the data, although the company seems to trip over themselves with every step forward that they take.

I feel very close to the end and the big reveal of topline that we’ve all been awaiting for years.

I look forward to the retrospective discussions of your model after the final data is known. I wonder how conservative you have been with your assumptions. We ‘ll have to discuss over a steak. Doesn’t Dave Innes still owe you one?

Cheers to datalock in the coming week or two.

alphapuppy,

Thank you so much for your effort on this model and please be sure to thank your wife for all of us. This type of effect is what many of us have been expecting for quite some time and clinicians like Dr. Ashkan were well aware of it long ago. The sad part about all of this is that there was no clear path for patients to receive this safe treatment on a wide scale without bankrupting NWBO and disrupting trial data accumulation while the trial was still active. This is of course because of all the regulatory impediments to access which were created to protect the status quo. Because of and besides this NWBO had to present unassailable data and perhaps found opportunity to improve outcomes along the path towards commercialisation readiness with Fraunhofer's help as the data from the last 100 patients may be indicating.

Anyway, may you both be richly blessed and may many cancer patients finally have a chance to live long and prosper. Best wishes.
