I think prior to May 31 st it might have been a challenge. Post June 1, 2020 as long as companies submit their safety forms for approval fo workers in excess of 500 then I would imagine it would be approved. I am not concerned that they could not conduct construction activities. I am only wondering if NioCorp and financiers (if they are in Europe) can close the deal remotely considering the travel ban. That is probably a Jim Sim question.
