I like how Mr. Dixon thinks, would not even think of taking an offer less then a buck.....

For the whole thing? If it was me I'd hold out for a buck and whatever someone had left in a pack of smokes....

Wow love all of the reply from CEO Dixon esp the last part

But tender offers below a dollar are not worth my time or attention. I won't even talk to you. If you are to bring it, then bring it. Otherwise, we will be happy with massive revenues from sales. Pharma would take our compounds and turn them into pharmaceuticals - except one little problem - patents. A bunch of them. They have to buy it all.

OMG I love his comments!!!!

And finally, would we be open to buyout - I suppose. I'm pretty happy with my job LOL and I really like what I'm doing, but a large enough pile of cash - sure - and I'll start brand new biotech and fill it with cutting edge technology smile. Of course its very easy to get pie-in-the-sky so take everything I say in the spirit it is offered - its 4:30 am. I think of Kite, a handful of guys with a microscope and Phase 1 safety data that was really good. Gilead swooped in and bought them for $12 Billion CASH. If I go to the post office from TSOI HQ, one block away, at the corner is "Kite Pharmaceutical, A Gilead Company".
Those boys didn't say no. We likely wouldn't say no. But tender offers below a dollar are not worth my time or attention. I won't even talk to you. If you are to bring it, then bring it. Biotech28, Thanks a ton for posting replies to my relevant(hopefully) questions to Mr.Dixon , CEO of TSOI. I am just fascinated with his thought process in coming up with innovative drug products and love his sincerity and transparency with everything he wears on his sleeve.

We should be thankful that we have honest CEO who is working like mad scientist in the lab all the time and he is representative of creative biotech R&D made in USA brand and surely showing how disruptive and yet healing drugs can be made without much toxicity and side effects and help patients to deal with their pain in a comfortable manner.

Lastly I like the comment he made about at least 1 dollar buyout (which I assume works out to 1.5 billion dollars ) as he knows the value behind tsoi patents. I think he hinted since BIG pharma cannot infringe on the patent rights on all its 29 drugs, he is open to licensing on critical compounds like QUADRUME AND NANO STILBENE. I THINK WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AT LEADT 100 OF MILLIONS IN SALES REVENUES WORLD WIDE.

WE ALL KNOW THAT WE CAN EXPECT FOR PPS OF AT LEADT 20 CENTS TO 30 CENTS SOON!

THANKS Mr.Dixom for patiently answering my trivial questions of novice investor.

If Gilead is potential buyer, $1 or more wouldn’t even dent their pockets.
