Ruffie: I would guess $8 - $10. I'd have to go back and look at Ferris' and his family's stake since I don't recall off the top of my head how much they own (maybe 700k - 800k shares?). I think he pulls a $250k annual salary right now and if given a position with similar salary from whoever buying them (along with some other goodies) he would do it to un-burden himself from the CEO role.
