YOU ARE EXACTLY CORRECT as SUNLIGHT iS THE BEST DISINFECTANT-There is no question this Judge is unfriendly to shareholders.

The Judge did all he could to embarrass the Objector knowing 250K would shut them up and not let the CAT-OUT-OF-THE-BAG! However, most of the work has been done for Equity so maybe it will not take much to prove HUGE ASSETS.

It will be interesting to see how the Debtors make all assets look like debt. Let us hope they do not corrupt and buy off the EC which is what I would expect.
