He did that for a reason, and that was to once again firmly plant his lips on the ass of the estate. Never forget the kind of judge he is, shareholder unfriendly. Allowing the soft EC that he did is not exactly pro-shareholder. It was his attempt to hopefully fend off shareholder lawsuits.
Its why I suggested the EC/shareholders should motion for an open auction of the entire company. Not in closed negotiations, in broad daylight for all to see and hear.
