HDG, You obviously have a deeper understanding of law then I do. You referred to a forfeiture of Exclusivity. This is something that I am unaware of. Is this in FDA guidelines? In your opinion does the current litigation affect the Exclusivity period. Remember I am not a lawyer. If you just explained this I apologise for asking.
