Decision is supposed to come near the end of the calendar year. AMRN has indicated their decision on whether to partner with someone or GIA in Europe should be made by the end of Q3.

The bench trial -- that was a disgraceful performance! We GAVE them that trial. In my opinion that SUCKED. Europe? You're talking about Europe? Don't talk about Europe. I'm just hoping we can win an appeal!
