Jerry, give it up! Even Adam Feurstein has come out publicly and supported Smith on that infraction. Maybe you need to read Smith’s report about it. I haven’t checked lately, but I’m sure it’s still on his website.

JerryCampbell, You deride Cherrytree for implying that Larry Smith is correct in his analysis of this trial and the only reason that you nearly give is to remind us that Larry Smith was debarred for dishonesty.

That may be so, but, leaving aside erroneous predictions in the timetable, is your criticism of Smith factually based? If so, I would appreciate it if you would tell me, an investing ingenue, where his analysis is wrong.
