Yes RNVA have been trying to dump off their money losing subsidiaries since 2017 to some other unsuspecting money losers just like TPTW. Mind you the deal hasnt been finalized yet so maybe TPTW will have second thoughts after their accountants and lawyers go over the RNVA books.
