sklein, I was mainly concerned with the difference in the two figures quoted by Larry.

He quoted the same OS to Jeff and me, but quoted different floats, 300k to Jeff and 4m to me.

Maybe the float has changed? But how could it become smaller as both numbers were quoted after SA1 started trading in FF?

re: Divis, 450m EQBM OS at 3:50 yields 27m Soma divis (9m immediate and 18m warrants). That's almost half the Soma OS, so it's not a misunderstanding re: divis/warrants being included in the float.
