Jasbg, you have concisely provided the most brilliantly articulated summary of the carnage caused by the 3/30 Dusaster that I have seen yet. While Judge Du is immune for the carnage, Amarin's management, Board, and lawyers are not immune for allowing it happen, which is why I am quietly doing my due diligence on putting together such a case.
To refer to Judge Du as a liberal is, in my opinion, an insult to liberals. She is a flat-out commie. She does not respect property rights and has no problem seizing private property for redistribution to communes.
