Mr Duffy was one of hundreds of similar employees at Merck. He took a job at NWBO. He decided for whatever reason to go back to Merck.

This is right up there with mandatory share conversions and Ms Davis for BS merger hype.

You are right Merck may not need NWBO, but LP may not want buyout . May only want partnership.
