The second rs is the one that takes all the loyal legacy L&S shareholders down to dust levels.
The L&S do better DD than most and know that a 2nd rs is not only unneeded, but has not been authorized at this point in time. Maybe if one didn't run out of natural gas or sink on a Norwegian cruise ship that they might know this. It takes minimal effort for one to understand stocks like VERB to know that the L&S are headed for fortune.
