RDGL filed a 1-A on July 29, 2019 - they received Notice of Qualification on June 3, 2020.

The price has dropped 10% since June 3rd.

Filing the first part of Reg A+ is one small step - Sharp is never going to raise any capital since FORW isn't a SEC reporting company - plus it is a empty shell without any revenue and more liabilities than assets and the assets are from convertible notes.

Insiders dumped on novice investors today.
