Oneragman....thank you...I remember his post on that he said it a couple of times...that Reddy's had a tendency not to settle...I had pointed out that Reddy's settled last year with Celg on Revlimid ( 8 billion annual sales ) for approx 43 million....leads me to believe a settlement could have been reached..
