Yes, if/when intent is stock manipulation it violates a lot of laws. TPTW like most other companies takes issues like this very serious. They have already filed a complaint with SEC and discussed with legal team.

This was a little more than just saying TPTW is a POS..

THIS was blatantly using the SEC's name to fraudulently misrepresent erroneous facts to manipulate the stock.. big difference...!!!
