gorb, yes it will be great for this acquisition to finally take place. Hopefully it does take place before the EOY and the specifics are favorable to us existing SMMW share holders. It would then be great for all the other items we've been waiting for to close and/or come to completion quickly. If so, we will be very happy and not too concerned that it took so long to happen.
