The litigation is a joke imo. Just looks like an attempt at retaliation for canceling his contract. I’m willing to bet they had justified reasoning for showing him the door. I would just drag this through the courts for as long as possible since there are much more important things to get done here first. Just my opinion.
In other news, this is now the 3rd tweet in under 2 weeks since getting rid of the snail. They seem to be updating much more than before now. That’s progress.
