That would be around 3 billion shares give or take on the the price range we had the last 3 weeks..

weren't there some around this board that were blasting me when I said NO way that all the trading volume was attributed to heavy dilution??..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm but lok at the bright side of it..IBCX will not have 3 billion shares outstanding for a long time..they will , in the interest of valued shareholder and shareholder value, reduce through a R/S again...History repeats itself..over and over again...Sorry to be a bit on the negative side..
