There is a simple solution to this issue, one that will benefit us all. We need the representative of the "large shareholder group" that posts on this board to make a deal with Hayter to buy all these shares and have them restricted for 2 years and they can only be sold at a PPS of .04 or higher.

jean you need to get your info straight talk about trying to mislead investors about dillution.

Form 506 in the state of new york you can raise up to $15,000,000.00 momo so politely faxed me over the 9 page document and for that I thank him. Now I can do my dd :)

When people do Form 506 they get restricted stock for the private transaction. In the 9 page report the amount they raised was $90,000.00 Yes only $90,000.00 so that investor who financed them $90,000.00 will receive restricted shares down the road.

By you saying there has to be 3 billion shares issued at .005 that is pure bs and you are obviously either not knowledgable in this dimension of pennystocks, or you are trying to mislead people. So which is it?


If the company was going to raise the full amount possible of $15 million dollars they would have increased their A/S a month ago instead of decreasing their A/S down to 350 millon shares.

So naysayers go fish again lol
