looks more and more like a buyout as they are trying to keep the price between $3.75-$4.25 if it goes higher than that they would have to offer more then what they are offering now. my guess the offering is $5.00 - $5.25.
20% overcurrent price and 30-40% then the trailing 30 days.
Idf it was a run up it would have hit $7 or higher.
I would accept a buyout only because I know FERRIS just does not get that he is a terrible CEO and the price of the stock will go nowhere.
