Keep in mind when Aire Fitness agreed to selling their company they agreed based on a upcoming share price of $1/share. That must have been some very strong bookings for TPTW!! Their is so much that we dont know that the owner of Aire Fitness must have found out to agree to that deal!! I cant wait for us investors to find out.
