So as of May1 Dr.Jiang was no longer on the BOD.As we all know ,said doctor is CEO of FEGIfund,a company that owns 21.9% of BSEG with Dr.Jiang owning an additional 9.2%.It seems very strange to me that, owning so much of BSEG,that the FEGIfund would not have a seat on the BOD.

Am I the only one on this board that feels this way?Please let me know.
