It is perpetual only to IP that was developed during the licensing agreement with a Liquidmetal. All IP developed between Eontec and Liquidmetal is excluded from Apples perpetuity agreement.

Glad you agree. The “IP that was developed during the licensing agreement” is the CIP technology.
