Wouldn't we expect the announcement of someone actually moving a company into this ticker, BEFORE expecting filings.
Is it reasonable to think that filings will just drop into place BEFORE telling us WHO & WHAT this ticker is?
As of now, we just know that Cutler has taken over the ticker, and that evidently, he is trying to find a business looking to go public...right?
